Customers often buy a hand-held shower filter to replace their old shower head. They receive their new hand-held shower filter and then put it in their old shower head bracket/holder. Sometimes, the worn-out holders give up and won't be able to hold the filter. We have accumulated a few tips over the years that we share with our customers to help them fix their shower brackets and extend their life expectancy. Tip 1 - Tighten the Screw You may not know, but the shower cradle usually has a small screw inside that can be used to tighten the holder. This screw is used to tighten the hold of the shower cradle's movable section. It allows the handheld shower head to stand straight up if you tighten it.
